Just found Aptana -- a free WYSIWYG XHTML/CSS editor for those of us who don't mind taking shortcuts. It comes preloaded with a number of javascript libraries such as Prototype, script.aculo.us, Dojo, etc. Available for Windows, Mac even Linux. Via blog.wired.com
